Where can I buy Gem Glow Jewelry Cleaner?

Gem Glow is sold exclusively in select Walmart stores throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. To find Gem Glow in a store near you visit our store locator. If you’re shopping online visit Walmart.com to purchase Gem Glow jewelry cleaner.

Is there an Expiration Date or use-by date?

We recommend using the jewelry cleaner within 12 months of opening the jar. Similar to products like sunscreen or eye creams, the formulas may become less effective over time. The color or smell may change, but it will not damage jewelry, only lose efficacy over time.

Why are the jewelry cleaner jars so wide and short?

Gem Gem jewelry cleaner jars are designed to fit larger pieces of jewelry such as bangles or bracelets. To safely use the cleaners, set the jar on a surface such as a countertop or table before opening the cap to avoid liquid spilling.

CLEANING QUESTIONS

Does the jewelry cleaner kill germs?

Gem Glow jewelry cleaners remove grime, oils, and dirt from jewelry, leaving it sparkling and shining. Our jewelry cleaning formulas are not disinfectants and does not claim to kill germs, bacteria, or viruses. The CDC website notes that cleaning does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and reduces the risk of spreading infection. We recommend visiting CDC.gov for further information and recommendations regarding cleaning and disinfecting of items.

Do I have to use a polishing cloth after cleaning?

Jewelry cleaning is a two step process. First, clean with any jewelry cleaner to remove grime and oils. Second, polish with a Gold & Silver Polishing Cloth to remove tarnish and polish to a finishing shine. These two steps are not exclusive and can be done independently of each other if not desired.

What is the warranty on Gem Glow jewelry cleaner?

Glister Inc (Gem Glow) offers no express warranty against damage incurred during the use of our products. Gem Glow products may not be suitable or safe for cleaning ALL ITEMS OF JEWELRY. They are not designed or intended to clean certain materials (Please reference product packaging for approved materials). Glister Inc assumes no liability for damage incurred during the use of our products.

What happens if my jewelry is damaged?

If your jewelry has loose prongs or settings, cracked gemstones, metal plating is wearing off, or other damage, do not clean your jewelry with Gem Glow. Take your jewelry directly to a professional jeweler for an inspection and professional cleaning. Glister Inc assumes no liability for damage incurred during the use of our products. Users assume any and all risk when using Gem Glow products. Please consult a jewelry professional before using Gem Glow products to clean your jewelry. Use only as directed.

I'm not happy with my product. How can I get a refund?

If you're not satisfied with you purchase, please return the same way you purchased the product. We cannot provide returns via our online store for purchases made from a Walmart store.

How do I return the products that I purchased through Walmart.com or in a Walmart store?

Please contact Walmart.com or your local Walmart store for their return policy.

SHIPPING, RETURNS + PAYMENTS

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship directly from our production center in Columbus, Ohio and can typically take 3-7 business days from the day it ships until it arrives at its final destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships.

Can you ship to Canada/Internationally?

At this time, Gem Glow® does not ship outside of the United States.

How can I pay?

All major credit cards are accepted as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not take PayPal or Amazon Pay.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us at customerservice@gemglowcleaner.com within 5 business days of receiving your order to correct it.

What is your refund policy?

If a product purchased is defective, please contact Gem Glow® Online Customer Service via email at info@gemglowcleaner.com, within 14 days of receipt. In order to process its request, provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: At the moment, Gem Glow® does not accept any returns. If deemed appropriate at Gem Glow®'s own discretion, an online credit in the amount of the total purchase will be issued for defective products. Please note: This section only applies to products purchased on the E-Store. Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a Gem Glow® distributor.

Can I add a product to my order after I have already checked out?

Once an order is placed, an item cannot be added or removed.
