SHIPPING

Gem Glow® ships directly from our production center in Columbus, Ohio. Orders are processed + shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.  Gem Glow ships exclusively within the domestic United States.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us! If a product purchased is defective, Buyer shall contact Gem Glow Online Customer Service via email at info@cleanandcarecleaner.com, within 14 days of receipt. In order to process its request, Buyer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

IMPORTANT: At the moment, Clean + Care does not accept any returns. If deemed appropriate at Gem Glow's own discretion, an online credit in the amount of the total purchase will be issued for defective products.

Please note: This section only applies to products purchased on the E-Store. Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a Gem Glow distributor.
