SHIPPING
Gem Glow® ships directly from our production center in Columbus, Ohio. Orders are processed + shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. Gem Glow® ships exclusively within the domestic United States.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us! If a product purchased is defective, Buyer shall contact Gem Glow® Online Customer Service via email at info@gemglowcleaner.com, within 14 days of receipt. In order to process its request, Buyer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: At the moment, Gem Glow® does not accept any returns. If deemed appropriate at Gem Glow®'s own discretion, an online credit in the amount of the total purchase will be issued for defective products.
Please note: This section only applies to products purchased on the E-Store. Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a Gem Glow® distributor.
